A: No. All files are printed exactly as submitted, and customers are fully responsible for checking spelling, grammar, images, and layout before placing an order. We do not proofread or make corrections.

A: Colors can vary between screens and printed products due to monitor settings, materials, and printing processes. Slight color variations are normal and are not considered defects.

A: Because orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations are usually not possible once an order is submitted. Please double-check all details (quantity, size, file, shipping address) before checkout.

A: The file you upload is printed as-is. If the wrong file, size, or format is uploaded, we cannot be held responsible and cannot guarantee a reprint or refund. Please ensure your file and product options are correct before confirming the order.

A: Files are automatically processed for print and are not manually checked for image quality. Low‑resolution or poor‑quality images may print blurry or pixelated, and this is the customer's responsibility.
